Manuscript Withdrawal
Rules and procedures for withdrawing a manuscript from the review process.
Manuscript Withdrawal
In the interest of maintaining a transparent publishing process, authors may withdraw their manuscript within the first forty-eight hours after submission, without the need to provide a formal justification.
This policy is intended to accommodate immediate reconsiderations and unforeseen circumstances that may arise shortly after submission.
Requests for withdrawal submitted after the forty-eight-hour period must be supported by a detailed and signed written explanation stating the reasons for such a decision.
This requirement promotes transparency and supports the continuous improvement of editorial practices, while also recognizing the significant effort and resources invested in the peer review process.
Authors are expected to communicate their intention and reasons for withdrawal clearly, professionally, and in accordance with the ethical standards of scientific publishing.
