Open Access Policy
Articles published in the journal may be used free of charge for personal or educational purposes, provided that the copyright of the authors and publisher is respected. No part of the journal may be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the publisher.
The journal operates under an open access model. This means that users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose without requesting permission from the authors or publisher, while authors retain the right to non-commercial use for scientific and professional purposes such as education, research, critique, and review, in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
No fees are charged for manuscript submission, processing, peer review, or access to published articles.
